Senior Health and Wellness
A whole-person approach to wellness.
At The Heritage, every day is a new opportunity to live life to the fullest. To support your active lifestyle, we offer opportunities in four essential areas that contribute to overall health: fitness, nutrition, active life and well-being. They’re the cornerstones of our HealthyLife® Services program.
- Fitness – We offer a variety of water, yoga, dance and group exercise classes in the HealthyLife® Center to help you reach your personal fitness goals and feel your best. Plus, the Fitness Center with state-of-the-art equipment is open 24/7.
- Nutrition – From garden-fresh salads to sustainably harvested seafood, healthy and delicious are always on the menu.
- Active Life – Participating in activities that you enjoy is essential to healthy aging. Just tell us what you’d like to do, and we’ll make it happen.
- Well-Being – From preventive health screenings to assistance in obtaining health services, your well-being is our top priority.
Our whole-person approach to wellness integrates eight dimensions of wellness with programs that support physical, social, emotional, intellectual, vocational, spiritual and environmental wellness, in addition to a continuum of health services provided on-site.
